• You can book easily on our website — and if you don’t see a time that fits, just WhatsApp us and we’ll try to make it work.

• Walk-ins are welcome if we have space, but booking ahead is the safest way to secure your spot.

• Coming with a friend? Let us know and we’ll set up a duo appointment so you can enjoy together.

• Each service has a set amount of time. Please add any extras when booking so we can reserve enough time for your appointment.

• If significantly more time is booked than needed and you decide not to use it, we may charge for the extra time reserved.

• Please arrive on time so we can give you the best experience.

• If you have regular nail polish, we recommend removing it at home before your appointment. If you prefer us to remove it at the studio, there is a small removal fee.

• If you've booked the wrong service or would like to add something, just send us a WhatsApp message. We'll do our best to update your booking if our schedule allows.

• If you have any nail injuries, signs of infection, or concerns, please let us know before your appointment.

• Minimum age: 16 years (under 16 only with parental consent).

• Pregnancy: Many clients enjoy nail services during pregnancy, but we recommend checking with your doctor first. Let us know if you’re expecting so we can give you extra care. 💕

• Health Conditions: If you have blood disorders, diabetes, allergies, or other health concerns, please consult your doctor before booking. Your wellbeing is our priority, and we’ll always aim for gentle, safe service.

• Allergy-Friendly Options: We offer HEMA-free and TPO-free products. 🌿 However, because allergies can vary, please inform us if you’ve experienced reactions before so we can take extra precautions.

For your safety, we can’t provide gel nail services if you have:

• Gel allergy

• Inflammation around skin or nails

• Fungal infection

• Severe nail lifting (over 1/4 of the nail bed)

• Nail loss (onychomadesis)

• Suspicious dark spots (possible melanoma)

• Large bruises under the nail (over 1/4 of the nail bed)

• Maintenance every 3–4 weeks is needed.

• Use cuticle oil daily to keep nails and skin healthy.

• Avoid using nails as “tools,” harsh impacts, or strong chemicals.

• Don’t peel or cut off the extensions yourself — removal must be professional.

• 1-week warranty for work done at our studio.

• Warranty covers defects in products or workmanship.

• Breakages from misuse or neglect are not covered.

If you notice a problem, please contact us within 7 days with a photo and short explanation.

• We accept card payments only 💳 (no cash).

• Good news: Gel removal is always free for returning clients when you book your next nail service with us within 4 weeks.

• Free cancellation or rescheduling up to 24 hours before your appointment.

• Cancellations made within 24 hours or no-shows may be charged 50% of the booked service.

• Outstanding cancellation fees must be paid before future appointments can be accepted.

• By booking an appointment, you agree to our cancellation policy.
