Booking & Appointments
You can book easily on our website — and if you don’t see a time that fits, just WhatsApp us and we’ll try to make it work.
Walk-ins are welcome if we have space, but booking ahead is the safest way to secure your spot.
Coming with a friend? Let us know and we’ll set up a duo appointment so you can enjoy together.
Preparing for Your Appointment
No need to remove polish before your appointment (optional).
Healthy nails last longer — start using cuticle oil before your visit for the best results.
Not sure what style you want? Don’t worry, we’ll design together!
Minimum age: 16 years (under 16 only with parental consent).
Health & Safety
Pregnancy: Many clients enjoy nail services during pregnancy, but we recommend checking with your doctor first. Let us know if you’re expecting so we can give you extra care.
Health Conditions: If you have blood disorders, diabetes, allergies, or other health concerns, please consult your doctor before booking. Your wellbeing is our priority, and we’ll always aim for gentle, safe service.
Allergy-Friendly Options: We offer HEMA-free and TPO-free products. However, because allergies can vary, please inform us if you’ve experienced reactions before so we can take extra precautions.
Aftercare & Maintenance
Maintenance every 3–4 weeks is needed.
Use cuticle oil daily to keep nails and skin healthy.
Avoid using nails as “tools,” harsh impacts, or strong chemicals.
Don’t peel or cut off the extensions yourself — removal must be professional.
Warranty
1-week warranty for work done at our studio.
Warranty covers defects in products or workmanship.
Breakages from misuse or neglect are not covered.
If you notice a problem, please contact us within 7 days with a photo and short explanation.
Payment & Prices
We accept card payments only 💳 (no cash).
Good news: gel removal is always free for our returning clients when you book your next nail service with us.
